Edam Farm Hotel Description
A farm with Bed and Breakfast of Hotel quality. The farm of Cor and Truus is located in an open landscape two kilometers North of Edam in a polder called 'Zeevang'. The last few years Cor and Truus gave themselves completely for the hotel. There are many facilities like: bike, canoes, a rowing boat, a sauna and a solarium. These facilities tribute to a good and unforgettable stay at the farm. The cattle are the heart of the farm. The animals have a special place with the Uitentuis family. The cows, calf's and other animals make the farm to an inviting residence. At your arrival there are the regular Jack Russel's who will welcome you enthusastic. Our other animals are: pony's, donkeys, goats, rabbits, a lama and a kangaroo.

Facilities - The old stable and the hayloft are fully renovated and remodeled into hotel rooms, which all meet the highest standard of luxury. In other words, very spacious double rooms equipped with four star facilities such as jacuzzi, shower, TV with VCR and a kitchen sink, where you can make your own coffee or tea if you like. In the mornings, at a time of your own choice, a large breakfast awaits you in your room. We also have simple rooms with a shower and a toilet in the corridor. There is also a collective kitchen in the corridor to prepare your own hot meals. Guests who have special desires will be satisfied. The rooms on the first floor are easily accessible for guests who have problems with stairs. Even a weelchair fits through the door easily. |
