Katwijk is a peaceful, laidback fishermanstown, conveniently located between Amsterdam (38km) and The Hague (18km).The University city Leiden is just 9km from Katwijk and in the spring there are endless fields of flowering bulbs all around! The area is perfect for bike-rides through the dunes and there are a lot of watersport facilities. The public transport to and from Katwijk aan Zee is very good.
