This stylish new hotel offers a unique combination of luxury accommodation, conference, sports and leisure facilities. Set in 300 acres of beautiful parkland, the hotel is just 2 minutes from junction 34 of the M4, and 15 minutes from both Cardiff City centre and Cardiff International Airport. The hotel boasts two championship golf courses, a 17 room treatment Spa, an extensive Health and Racquets Club, and numerous conference rooms catering for up to 250 people. The hotel is recognised for it's restaurant and private dining facilities. Fishing is available on site, and there are 5 jogging/walking trails. Many other activities can be organised in and around the hotel, including team building activities, and corporate events.

Rooms - Every one of the 143 guest rooms has been designed to maximise comfort and convenience, with many offering superb views over the hotel's golf courses and surrounding countryside from your own private balcony (furnished) Accommodation is located in the main hotel building, and two interconnecting lodges which are easily accessible through the main building. All rooms have luxurious en suite facilities, airconditioning, safe (no charge for use), hairdryer, fax and modem points, and access to e-mail and the Internet via the TV. Express check out is also available via the TV. Mini bars are available on request. Standard rooms are larger than average, and Superior, Executive and Family rooms are also available. There are also specially equipped bedrooms for disabled guests. Food & Beverage - Dining is relaxed and informal. The Lake Brasserie is innovative and unmistakably Mediterranean in style. French windoes line the restaurant and lead out on to an extensive terrace surrounding the hotel. Al fresco dining is possible when weather permits. The main menu is complimented by chef's dishes of the day, featuring the best and freshest produce available from local markets. You can watch the chefs preparing the mouthwatering dishes before you in the open kitchen. The hotel has an extensive wine cellar to compliment the menus. For guests with limited time, less formal dining is available in Hogan's Bar, and the golf and leisure club lounges. Meetings - The hotel has eight meeting rooms, which can cater for meetings from 5 up to 250 people. Most rooms have natural daylight and are located in the main building, however the golf club boasts a very newly refurbished meeting room in a rather special and private location. For private dining, the largest room will accommodate 270 people. Dedicated and experienced staff combined with first class state of the art facilities, have resulted in the hotel being the prefered choice for many blue chip companies. All rooms are fully air conditioned and can be personalised to individual guest's requirements, including any specific seating arrangements and sound and vision sytems.
