This building was constructed at the beginning of the XX century, it posseses beautiful architectural lines and an elegant neoclassicist style. Due to itīs tradition, it has become, with time, a symbol of Viņa del Mar and has formed part of the cities patrimony. After a succession of the property, it was acquired, at the end of the century, by itīs current owners, who have adapted it as the current HOTEL ROKAMAR. To be able to offer a much better service to the passengers, they have added comforts made imporvements to the original building, maintaining the original style of the construction.
